Return Conditions:

1. Return Period: You can return the product you received within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, provided that it is unused, unwashed, not exposed to odor, and the package contents are complete.
2. Delivery Inspection: Please open and inspect packages that you believe have been damaged during shipment in front of the company representative upon delivery. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product without having the shipping company prepare a report. Once the product is accepted, you acknowledge that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty completely.
3. Used Products: Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.

Exchange Conditions:

1. Exchange Period: You can send the product for exchange within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you received it, provided that it is unused, unwashed, not exposed to odor, and the package contents are complete. The shipping cost for the exchange process is covered by the customer.
2. Exchange Product Selection: When you want to exchange your product, the desired product must be in stock. Return and exchange processes will be carried out based on the stock of the requested product.
3. Exchange Product Shipment: To make an exchange, you need to return the product in the same manner it was delivered to us.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Process:

• Right of Withdrawal: You have the right of withdrawal, provided that the product is returned within 14 days.However, you do not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

  • Products whose price varies depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the seller's control.
  • Products that are prepared personally at the request of the buyer.
  • Perishable products or products that may expire.
  • Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene, and whose packaging has been opened.
  • Products sold under other special conditions that cannot be mixed after delivery.

• Return Process: When you return the product in the condition it was delivered, the return process will be initiated. Products returned using the right of withdrawal will be refunded along with the product price within 14 days.

• Credit Card Refund Period: If the payment was made by credit card, the refunded amount may take 2 (two) to 3 (three) weeks to reflect in your bank account.This process is subject to the bank's processing time, and we are not responsible for any possible delays.
