The Terms of Use contained in the Agreement are also applicable to other Users and Visitors who do not have Member status. 1. Usage and Security Rules

1.2.c. Member Users are responsible for the security of the username and password information they set while creating their membership registration. The Member User is directly responsible for any damages that may arise due to sharing this information with third parties and organizations and allowing them to use it.

1.2.d Member Users and other Users must not use someone else's IP address, email address, username, and similar personal data during the product purchase process. Otherwise, it may constitute "identity theft," and legal action may need to be initiated against you. Individuals who act contrary to this provision are deemed to accept all legal and criminal liabilities.

1.2.e It is prohibited to perform actions that threaten the security of the Site, hinder the functioning of the features available on the Site, use software, or attempt to obtain information on the Site and its interface outside the control of the Site management.Individuals who act contrary to this provision are deemed to have accepted all kinds of legal and criminal liabilities.

2. Responsibilities

2.1 The information of Site Visitors (duration of visit, time, viewed pages) is tracked to make the Site operation efficient and to improve the quality of products/services. This information is shared with companies we collaborate with in digital advertising and marketing to enhance the content of Visitor and User experiences, in compliance with data protection legislation.

2.2 A Member User who creates a member registration can start using the Site by filling in the required sections for registration and confirming their email address, and then entering their email address and password in accordance with this Agreement.

2.3 Users, while benefiting from the products and services available on the Site, agree to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Law on the Protection of Trademarks and Patents , Decrees with the Force of Law regarding the Protection of Rights, and legal regulations, as well as other relevant legislative provisions, and any notifications to be published at lethestore.co address. Any legal, criminal, and financial liability arising from the use contrary to these notifications and legislation belongs to the User.

2.4 In the event that it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this Agreement and the Notifications published on the Site, the User's access to the Site may be restricted temporarily or permanently, and/or the Member User registration may be closed.

2.5 Member Users, other Users, and Visitors may not engage in actions that prevent or hinder each other from using the Site, nor may they upload and lock the servers or databases with automated programs. They may not attempt fraud. They accept any and all legal and criminal liability that may arise in the event of such actions.

2.6 The User may not delete or remove any statements regarding copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights from any digital and printed materials obtained from the Site.

2.7 Membership cancellation and account deletion can be performed by the Member User through the Site. The Membership Registration of a User who terminates their membership will be canceled.

2.8 Different specific rules and obligations may be announced in certain areas of the Site. Individuals benefiting from these areas are subject to the provisions of this Agreement 2.3 must comply with the relevant Notifications as specified in the provisions.

2.9 The personal data of Member Users, other Users, and Visitors are processed in accordance with data protection legislation. In this context, these individuals are required to read the "Clarification Notification" available on the website.

2.10. Member Users and other Users are deemed to have accepted that the payment information (credit card, mobile number information, etc.) they use for purchases made through the Site is accurate and that any legal and criminal liability arising from this is their own. 3. Notification Addresses

3.1 Site Member Users and other Users accept that the electronic mail address they have provided is the Official correspondence and notification address, and that the written address required for subsequent correspondence can be requested and notified through this channel. Any changes to the electronic mail address must be reported to the Site management. 3.2 Any notification sent to the registered electronic mail address of the Member User and other Users by ZTX TEXTILE IMPORT AND EXPORT LIMITED COMPANY will be deemed to have reached the relevant User 1 (one) day after it has been sent.
