Terms of Use

Before using the products and services offered through the website lethestore.co (the "Website"), Member Users are required to accept these Membership and Terms of Use. The Terms of Use in this agreement also apply to other Users and Visitors who do not hold Member status. For as long as you visit, use, and benefit from the Site, the provisions of this Agreement apply to the extent appropriate to your status.

1. Rules of Use and Security

1.1 Creating a member account is free of charge. Unlike non-member Users, Members may, from time to time, benefit from advantageous access to the products and services offered through the Website.

1.2 Members, other Users, and Visitors are obligated to comply with the following rules while on the Website; otherwise, the Website's management may block these individuals from using the site and may initiate legal action against them.

1.2.a It is prohibited to share, as a comment (content) on the Site, information that is false, disorganized, incomplete, or misleading, that contains expressions contrary to general moral standards, or that conflicts with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

1.2.b All rights over the design, functions, working principles, and visual and written content of the Site belong to ZTX TEKSTİL İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, and may not be copied or used, even in part, without permission.

1.2.c. Member Users are responsible for the security of the username and password they set when creating a member account. Any Member User who shares this information with, or allows it to be used by, third parties is directly responsible for any resulting damages.

1.2.d Member Users and other Users must not use another person's IP address, email address, username, or similar personal data during the purchasing process. Doing so may constitute "identity theft" and may result in legal action being taken against you. Anyone who acts contrary to this provision is deemed to have accepted all resulting legal and criminal liability.

1.2.e It is prohibited to engage in actions that threaten the security of the Site, that prevent the Site's functions from working, to use software for this purpose, or to attempt to obtain information from the Site and its interface outside the control of Site management. Anyone who acts contrary to this provision is deemed to have accepted all resulting legal and criminal liability.

2. Responsibilities

2.1 Information about Site Visitors (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked in order to make the Site's operation more efficient and to improve the quality of our products/services. In compliance with data protection legislation, this information is shared with companies we work with on digital advertising and marketing in order to improve the Visitor and User experience.

2.2 A Member User who has created a member account may begin using the Site, in accordance with this Agreement, by entering their email address and password after completing the required registration fields and confirming their email address.

2.3 While using the products and services on the Site, the User agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, decree-laws and legal regulations relating to the protection of trademark and patent rights, other relevant legislation, and any notices published via lethestore.co. The User bears all legal, criminal, and financial liability arising from use contrary to these notices and this legislation.

2.4 If it is determined that a User has failed to comply with the obligations in this Agreement or with Notices published on the Site, the User's access to the Site may be restricted, temporarily or permanently, and/or the Member User's account may be closed.

2.5 Member Users, other Users, and Visitors may not engage in actions that prevent or hinder one another's use of the Site, nor may they install automated programs to lock servers or databases. They may not attempt fraud. Anyone who does so accepts all resulting legal and criminal liability.

2.6 Users may not delete or remove any statements relating to copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights from any digital or printed material obtained through the Site.

2.7 Membership cancellation and account deletion may be carried out by the Member User through the Site. Once a User terminates their membership, their Membership Registration is closed.

2.8 Different rules and obligations specific to certain areas of the Site may be announced for those areas. Anyone using these areas must comply with the relevant Notices as described in Article 2.3 of this Agreement.

2.9 The personal data of Member Users, other Users, and Visitors is processed in accordance with data protection legislation. In this context, these individuals should read the "Privacy Notice" available on the website.

2.10. Member Users and other Users are deemed to acknowledge that the payment information (credit card, mobile number, etc.) they use for purchases made through the Site is accurate, and that they bear the legal and criminal liability arising from this information. Member Users consent to the use of payment information saved to their member account for future purchases.

3. Notice Addresses

3.1 Site Member Users and other Users acknowledge that the email address they provide is their official correspondence and notice address, that any written address required for subsequent correspondence may be requested and communicated through this channel, and that any change to their email address must be reported to Site management.

3.2 Any notice sent to the registered email address of a Member User or other User is deemed to have reached that User 1 (one) day after being sent by ZTX TEKSTİL İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
